Current turnaround time is 1-3 weeks from purchase.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.

If you need an item before the current turnaround time, please contact me BEFORE placing your order to make sure that I can accommodate your rush order. A rush order fee may apply.


Returns Policy


Custom made to order items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If I have made a mistake, your item is defective, or has imperfections that directly affect the quality and/or overall appearance of the design, and this is my fault, I will replace or refund your purchase. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. After 3 days, I am not able to honor returns or refunds. If your item has been washed, I am not able to honor returns or exchanges. Care instructions are sent with each item. I am not responsible for improver care and/or application.

While care is taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or thread. Please also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement do occur. Occasionally fabrics or fabric placement may vary from the original picture. If you have specific questions about sizing, please contact me prior to ordering. There are no refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues.

If you have any concerns of feel you need an item replaced or returned, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.


All items are shipped through USPS with a tracking number. In the event that your package is lost, you will be responsible for filing a claim for your package through the USPS to claim your reimbursement.

**Please note that orders will ONLY be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct and current. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Once the item ships through USPS, I am no longer responsible for the item. Shipping delays by USPS are beyond my control.
